Thank you again for choosing MicroBiz!  We wanted to make sure you were aware of all the ways to obtain assistance on your MicroBiz Cloud system. Below are steps to contacting our support team directly and accessing our help documentation.

* While inside of MicroBiz you can navigate to the top-right hand corner of your screen and hover over "?Help".  From there you will be shown a menu as seen in the screenshot posted below. From there, proceed to click on "Customer Support".

* From there, a screen will show up, just like the one you see below. Here you can select the email you wish to receive your replies, a general topic for the question you have, provide a screenshot of the screen you are on or include the transaction you may be having an issue with and provide a description of the problem!

In addition, you can also take a look at our Support Documentation in order to look-up answers to questions and find great How-To guides for the functions that are built into MicroBiz. Navigating to that same menu found under "?Help" and clicking "Documentation/Help" will bring you directly to these articles (as shown below).

From here, you can search by topic or simply type in a phrase for what you might be looking for.
