Open a Customer Support Ticket and Include a Screen Shot
You can open a new customer support request easily from your user menu. If you don't see that option on your user menu see Adding Customer Support to you User Role below.
- Click Help
- Click Customer Support
- Include the email address you want us to reply to ..
- Tell us what kind of request it is and include a brief description
- If you think it would help us understand check the box to include a screenshot of your current screen
- Click Send!
