Open a Customer Support Ticket and Include a Screen Shot


 

You can open a new customer support request easily from your user menu. If you don't see that option on your user menu see Adding Customer Support to you User Role below.





  1. Click Help

  2. Click Customer Support

  3. Include the email address you want us to reply to ..

  4. Tell us what kind of request it is and include a brief description

  5. If you think it would help us understand check the box to include a screenshot of your current screen

  6. Click Send!
