When items are added in this manner, a limited amount of field information is entered to expedite the process.

Steps

1. From the Product Lookup window, click on the "Quick Add" button.
   
   • Another approach is to select "New Item" from the Find Product screen.
   • 
     

2. Enter the desired information.
   
   

3.  Click on Save & Add to Transaction.
   
   • There is also an option to just save the item and save & continue editing if needed.
