Overview


Promotional Sales Report show sales results by Promotion & Store allows the user to gauge the effectiveness of a promotion.


Detail Levels
  • Individual Promotion

Filters
  • Stores � select any stores or all
  • Date Range � standard portlet date range selections.
  • Select Promo � select all or any individual promos. Promos have to be active within the report date range selected to be on the list. �all� implies only promotions active within the date range. 


Report Fields

  • Promo Sales �- Number of net transactions that contain at least 1 promo item for the selected promo. (if a return has a promo item on it � it counts as -1 transactions).

  • Non-Promo Sales - Number of transactions with no items from the selected promo.

  • Promo Items Sold �- Net quantity sold of all items on the promotion selected.

  • Non-Selling items �- Number of distinct product records that are part of the promotion that do not show up on any sales in the date range.

  • Promo Sold$ - Net dollars sold for the transactions containing at least  1 promo item for the selected promo.

  • Non-Promo Sold$ - Net dollars sold for the transactions with no items for the selected promo.

  • Promo GP$ - Net gross profit dollars for the transactions containing at least  1 promo item for the selected promo.

  • Non-Promo GP$ - Net gross profit dollars for the transactions with no items for the selected promo Promo.

  • MD$ - Total markdown dollars for the transactions containing at least  1 promo item for the selected promo.

  • Non-Promo MD$ - Total markdown dollars for the transactions with no items for the selected promo.
