To add new "Register Card Type" navigate to Store Operations > Sales and select "Manage Register Card Types".

From there click on "New Register Card Type" button.

In the new opened window fill in the appropriate fields and click on Save button.

To edit already existing Card Type click on "Pencil" icon.
