STEP1: Magento (Plug-in Installation).
Admin
System >> Magento Connect >> Magento connect Manager.
Provide: User name & Password (Same user name & password as admin log-in).
Choose MicroBiz connecter file location.
Click on upload.
Can see a black screen asking to click on refresh, after clicking on refresh Scroll down to the bottom can see the line in tab Manage Existing Extensions “Microbiz_Connector”. If you are unable to see “Microbiz_Connector” mean extension is not installed properly. Try installing it again.
STEP 2: Magento (Settings).
System >> Web Services >> Roles
Click on add new role
Provide Rule Name and click on “Role resources” tab
Select role access and select “ALL” from drop down.
Save Role
System >> Web Services >> Users.
Click on Add New User

Provide all the required data like user name, first name >> click on user role tab.
Select the role by clicking on radio button before the role. In below case MicroBiz is role and the radio button before it should be selected.
Click on save User.
STEP 3: Magento (API settings)
System >> configuration
Scroll down and check for the tab MICROBIZ POS tab left site of the screen and click on the “Microbiz API Settings”.
Provide the details required like “API Server, API User, API Key”
API Server: <POS Application base url without /index.php >
(Example: http://209.188.1.12/easypos_demo_clone)
API User: Admin user name. (Same as POS admin User name)
API Key: Admin password. (Same as POS admin password).
STEP 4: MicroBiz (Settings).
Magento >> Magento Instance >> Magento API Settings.
Provide all the required information in API settings tab.
Magento Api Url: <Magento store base url/api/soap/?wsdl>
Example Api url: http://magentostore/index.php/api/soap/?wsdl
Magento Api User Name: User name created in Magento “STEP 2”::: 6th step
Magento Api Key: User password created in Magento “STEP 2”::: 6th step
Click on Sync rules.
Provide all the Magento and MicroBiz sync rules and vice verse.
Click on save.
